The 7th annual Turkey Race (elimination match racing in beetle cats) took place on a gusty day in protected Squeteague Harbor, Cataumet, MA, November 28, 2009. Around a dozen skippers appeared to sail until a winner emerged from the close competition. Karen Renzulli, of Bristol, RI, won 2 of the final 3 over her long-time sailing companion, Tim Fallon.
