Measurement drama at Club 420 North Americans

In advance of the Club 420 North American Championship, which has attracted 100 entrants for racing on July 11-14 in San Francisco, CA, the Class Measurer in consultation with the Class Board of Directors has determined that 49 boats did not meet the requirements of the Class Builders Construction Manual and are not approved for the event.
