Proctor wins Winter Lightning Championship

St. Petersburg, FL (March 21, 2017) – The final day of the Winter Lightning Championship offered only one race to complete the six race series.
Series leader Ched Proctor with crew Jeff Eiber and Tim King stamped their authority on the 40-boat fleet, winning the race to take the series by two points over David Starck with crew Jody Starck and Debbie Probst. Results.
The 2-event Lightning Southern Circuit now moves on to the Midwinter Championship on March 23-25 in Miami, FL.
