Countdown to 2024 Worrell 1000

Fourteen Formula 18 teams representing six countries will compete in the Worrell 1000 50th Anniversary Race which begins May 12 in Hollywood, FL. The 1000-mile course has overnight stops at 13 different locations up the coast to the finish at Virginia Beach, VA.

When registration for the 2024 event opened in April 2023, it took just four days for the field of 15 to be complete, with three alternate teams signing on the week after that. However, since that time, four teams have withdrawn which now leaves one open spot up for grabs.
